CANTERBURY (NSW)
TRACK: GOOD (4) – RAIL: +6m Entire Circuit

RACE 1 No: 2 GOTTENBURG – Runner-up both runs to date and chased home a promising horse at Warwick Farm last start over the mile. The extra distance doesn’t look an issue and gets the chance to go one better and beat his stablemate. Winning chance.

RACE 5 No: 1 MOST EXALTED – Three weeks between runs since having no luck at Warwick Farm last start but has trialled in the interim to be kept up to the mark. Looking for the step up in distance and just needs even luck in running to be right in the finish. Ready to win.

SANDOWN HILLSIDE (VIC)
TRACK: GOOD (4) – RAIL: +10m Entire Circuit

RACE 3 No: 5 LADY SELKIRK – Slightly disappointing when ridden too close last start at Caulfield in a Banechmark (84). Fitter now and suited out to the mile, drops a touch back in class, weighted well, Hard to beat.

RACE 4 No: 3 BAJEEL – Was dominant breaking through last start at this track over the 1400m, does appear to have a stack of upside. Will just need to get luck in th slotting in he’ll be steaming home. Winning chance.

EAGLE FARM (QLD)
TRACK: GOOD (4) – RAIL: +4m Entire Course

RACE 2 No: 6 SOUL SECERTS – Debut run was solid when she peaked on her run inside the last 100m to just miss, race experience and added fitness on her side is a huge plus for today’s race. Major player.

We at OneSelection2Win would like to wish all a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

RANDWICK (NSW)
TRACK – (HEAVY 9)

RACE 2 No: 13 MORE THAN FABULOUS – Placed at Rosehill last start. Peaks third-up. Comes right into play as her form grows a leg or two in the wet. Wel weighted with the 3kg allowance for the apprentice and is a great eachway chance. Both Totes.

RACE 4 No: 8 UPSCALE – Putting together an excellent record with four wins from seven starts and chasing the hat trick here after successive wins at Rosehill. First go at 1200m but gets all the favours from the inside gate and right in the mix again.

RACE 6 No: 15 MISS DEBUTANTE – This lovely filly has had a tremendous campaign, recording two dominant and exciting wins and this race has been in her sights all along. She can sit on the pace or just off it, she’s fit and flying on the track and is a very strong winning chance.

RACE 7 No: 7 FABRIZIO – Has been 46-days since an easy win on Melbourne Cup Day. Won a recent Rosehill trial to keep up to the mark. Only blot was the Epsom (G1) went too quick that day to be rundown late. Highly promising and is the one to beat.

***

FLEMINGTON (VIC)
TRACK – (GOOD 4)

RACE 3 No: 1 MISS WONDERLAND  – Resumed with a nice effort here over the Flemington carnival to run 3rd. Fitter and has been kept fresh for this event. Has found a winnable race. Ready to get back in the winners circle.

RACE 5 No: 3 BOOM TIME – Flying this campaign and still has upside at just his fourth run back in this current prep. Has a tricky gate to continue with here, inform and will be fighting out the finish again. Hard to beat.

RACE 7 No: 10 GALLIC CHIEFTAIN – Dominant last start at Ballarat and the form from that race has stacked up since. Will need a touch of luck from the wide gate he’ll be hard to beat if he gets cover for the first half of the race. Winning chance.

***

DOOMBEN (QLD)
TRACK – (GOOD 4)

RACE 4 No: 4 DOUBT DEFYING – Showed promise at first preparation. Will be improved by his recent outing in strong 3YO company (Winning Rupert) will find this alot easier. On the limit is a real plus, watch for him charging home late. Win won’t shock.

RACE 6 No: 7 SAGA MISS – We are sticking as they say a mare inform you stick. Is in a purple patch of form winning 4 of her last 5 starts. Drawn well to receive a super run, up in class a touch to offset this she’s on the limit. Hard to beat.

***

MORPHETTVILLE PARKS (SA)
TRACK – (GOOD 3)

RACE 6 No: 8 SWEET MELODY – Lightly raced ex-NZ galloper that not unusually is another that seems to have grown a leg since joining this strong Weir Stable. In a race with not much depth, getting in just 0.5kg above minimum expect this mare to be horribly hard to beat in this.

RACE 7 No: 13 RAMESSES – Has been flying this preparation without winning. Fully fit now 3rd run in, watch for him closing late. Ready to win.

Welcome to OneSelection2Win Midweek Racing Mail for Wednesday 23rd November, we have come up with our best for today’s Warwick Farm & Sandown meetings.

WARWICK FARM (NSW)
TRACK – GOOD (3)

RACE 4 No: 7 EGG TART – No luck on debut when fourth just beaten over two-lengths from the winner. All the better with the race experience on her side now. Looking to get a better run in transit to show her best. Winning chance in an open race.
(PLACED – 3RD)

RACE 5 No: 8 RELAXED – Overcame a wide run in transit to win his maiden at Newcastle Beaumont last start in good style. Looks right up to midweek city grade, only needs a touch a luck in the first half of the race from the wide draw to stake his claim in this race. Big threat.
(UNPLACED)

RACE 7 No: 5 IN THE VANGUARD – Close up both runs this time in much stronger races this time round. Back further in grade, drawn ideally to get the soft run, inform jockey on, ready to win. Go Close.
(UNPLACED)

***

SANDOWN HILLSIDE (VIC)
TRACK – SOFT (6)

RACE 2 No: 3 SICKENING – Comes off a dominant maiden win at Geelong, looks well up to this grade off his debut win. Stable firing. He’ll be tough to beat.
(UNPLACED)

RACE 6 No: 7 CHAMPAGNE READY – Promising mare coming out of a strong form race over the Melbourne Cup Carnival. Drawn to receive a good run, only two goes on a wet track has resulted in a win and placing (2nd). Only needs to find a length to pose a serious threat her. Winning chance.
(UNPLACED)

RACE 7 No: 4 SWEET MELODY – Promising staying bred mare that will love the step up in trip. Drawn to race a bit closer, she’ll be hard to hold out.
