SCONE – (NSW)
Weather: FINE, Track: GOOD 4, Peno: TBA, Rail: +3m 800m to WP, True Remainder

RACE 1 No: 3 DUCA VALENTINOIS – Impressive Warwick Farm winner resuming two runs back and just a run short at Hawkesbury stepping up to 2100m second-up. Ready to peak third-up and the one to beat.
(UNPLACED)

RACE 4 No: 5 SANGIOVESE – Unbeaten in two runs in her first preparation and runner-up at Randwick resuming last start. Right in the mix with the first-up run under her belt. Hard to beat.
(UNPLACED)

RACE 5 No: 4 SUPPLY AND DEMAND – Impressive winner at Randwick resuming on Anzac day coming from the back of the field. Looks to have plenty of upside and a serious winning chance again from an ideal gate. The step up to the 1400m will suit. Major player.
(UNPLACED)

Race 6 No: 2 MUSIC MAGNATE – Has been given four weeks between runs since his impressive win in the Hallmark Stakes. Has been sent to the trials since (Wyong) to be kept up to the mark for this race. The one to beat again with the gun draw. Look the winner.
(PLACED – 2ND)

CAULFIELD2

CAULFIELD – (VIC)
Weather: Overcast, Track: GOOD 3, Pen: 5.03, Rail: Out 3m Entire Circuit

Race 4 No: 10 MILES OF KRISHAN – Looks to have a bright future on her debut win but this is a much stronger race. The good gate gives her some claims.
(PLACED – 2ND)

RACE 7 No: 4 ABILITY – Charged home last start from a wide gate to be just go down narrowly. Drawn to get a much softer run here. Suited out to 1200m he should prove hard to hold out. Go Close.
(UNPLACED)

RACE 9 NO: 11 REFLUGENT – Wasn’t beaten far in a strong race here over the 1400m when trapped three / four deep the trip. Perfectly suited out to the mile now, he’ll be flying home again late. Ready to win.
(PLACED – 2ND)

DOOMBEN – (QLD)
Weather: Overcast, Track: GOOD 4, Pen: 4.90, Rail: True Entire Course

RACE 2 No: 2 ANOTHER WHISKEY – In top form and has won last two starts at this level. Has speed and will be hard to beat again from the good gate. Hard to beat.
(PLACED – 3RD)

RACE 4 No: 3 SIR JOHN HAWKWOOD – Racing well since resuming and has finished in top 4 at all 6 starts since transferring to David Vandyke. Suited this distance and should be prominent throughout.
(PLACED – 2ND)

RACE 7 No: 8 MALAGUERRA – Disappointed in All-Aged Stakes where jockey put in a real shocker. Go on previous form over shorter trip (1000m – 1200m) where he won in excellent fashion. Should race handy in the run, may pinch a break on straightening and be hard to run down. Winning chance.
(WINNER – $10.50)
