Welcome to OneSelection2Win Saturday Racing Mail for Saturday 25th March where we have come with our mail for each of the main meetings around the country.

ROSEHILL (NSW)
TRACK: HEAVY (10) – RAIL: +6m Entire Circuit

RACE 3 No: 3 ASTRONOMOUS – Comes in off the back of a big last start victory. He thrives in heavy going, winning four from five and will get conditions to suit again. Strong record third-up, he looks to be one of the better bets for the day. (PLACED – 2ND)

RACE 4 No: 7 SPECTROSCOPE – Import who was an impressive Rosehill winner at first Australian start. His European form suggests he will only get better stepping up in distance and a winning chance again. (WINNER $3.30)

RACE 7 No: 4 DAWN WALL – Promising filly shooting for four wins from five starts. Won the Kembla Grange Classic last start, the lead up race to win Vinery last year. Up to 2000m but that shouldn’t pose her any problems as she did find the line strongly. Can beat the stablemate Foxplay. (UNPLACED)

***

MORNINGTON (VIC)
TRACK: (GOOD 4) – RAIL: True Entire Circuit

RACE 3 No: 9 SNITZELWOOD – Excellent run (Wangaratta Cup) to be claimed late to finish a very close fourth. Form has been franked since with the winner being beaten on protest (Rosehill) last Saturday. Should be peaking now being third run in, drawn to be on speed again, winning rider goes back on is a real plus. Ready to win. (WINNER $5.50)

RACE 7 No: 3 THE GOLD TRAIL – Progressive European stayer here to qualify for the Caulfield Cup.Everything the Appleby stable brought out in the Spring fired and they do think he’s a Caulfield Cup type. Still on the rise, if he’s here in one piece he’ll be tough to beat. (UNPLACED)

RACE 8 No: 3 ODEON – Stable has always had a good opinion of him and he may be ready to go on with it off the first-up win at Bendigo. Fitter now with that run under the belt, should get a soft run midfield or better gives him a serious chance. Go Close. (WINNER $4.60)

***

DOOMBEN (QLD)
TRACK: (HEAVY 8) – RAIL: 0.5 metres Entire Course.

RACE 4 No: 4 SHEISWHATSHEIS – Very consistent filly and finally broke through last start for a well deserved win. Won only start on a heavy track and should be prominent. Hard to beat. (WINNER $1.80)

RACE 6 No: 5 VIENNA ROYALE – Fought on well in this class last start to be caught in the shadows of the post. Should be prominent from the good gate yet again, will look the winner in the straight. Both Totes. (SCRATCHED)

***

MORPHETTVILLE PARKS (SA)
TRACK: (GOOD 4) – Rail: +8m 1000m-W/Post, +5m Remainder. Sectional 610m. Main Track: +8m 1200m-W/Post, +5m Remainder. Sectional 610m.

RACE 3 No: 3 CALL ME CURTIS – Drops a stack in grade here, he has been consistent of late, will be giving his main rivals a start. Look for him charging home late.
(PLACED – 2ND)

RACE 8 No: 3 EXCITES ZELADY – On pacer that has had no luck this campaign, having to sit wide at both runs. Chance if able to get cover or lead throughout the run. Winning chance. (WINNER $4.90)
