Welcome to OneSelection2Win Saturday Racing Mail for Saturday 22nd April where we have come with our mail for each of the main meetings around the country.

RANDWICK (NSW)
TRACK: HEAVY (8) – RAIL: +2m Entire Course

RACE 3 No: 3 CAERLESS CHOICE – Won his first four career starts and far from disgraced when fourth in the Provincial Championship Final last start. Looks suited stepping up to the mile and right in the mix.

RACE 4 No: 8 RICHARD OF YORKE – Sandown winner this trip two runs back before finishing runner-up at Bendigo last start. Likely to be in the finish again with a soft run from the gate. Handle all track conditions. Hard to beat.

RACE 6 No: 9 GRAND DREAMER – Melbourne raider that produced a strong run fresh and his second-up form is terrific. He gets conditions to suit and the trip looks ideal. Winning chance.

RACE 7 No: 6 NIETA – Nieta looked a Group horse in the making last preparation and going off her two trials leading in she has only improved. Unbeaten first-up and won three from four at the distance, she looks the bet on the card.

CAULFIELD (VIC)
TRACK: (SOFT 5) – RAIL: +8m Entire Circuit

RACE 4 No: 9 RUTHVEN – Huge drop in grade off his past few starts. Right at his peak still, handles all track conditions he’s the one to beat from the good gate. Ready to win.

RACE 6 No: 1 FRENCH EMOTION – We are backing up from last Saturday when racing without luck. The flashing light runner is always well backed next run and this mare certainly fits the bill.

RACE 8 No: 13 KEN’S DREAM – Big win last start when ridden quieter after missing the kick badly. This is a touch stronger but if he can get into the three-wide line approaching the home turn he can run a race. Will be flying late. Eachway chance.

***

DOOMBEN (QLD)
TRACK: (GOOD 4) – RAIL: +1.5m Entire Course

RACE 1 No: 1 EMERALD CITY – Will find this easier than Toowoomba Cup. Was very consistent last preparation stringing together a few wins and has won both starts at this track. Should be in the finish now that has had few runs under his belt.

RACE 4 No: 4 LAND OFFICE – Improved by recent racing and fought on well at Toowoomba. Track, class and distance suit. Should be prominent throughout.

***

MORPHETTVILLE (SA)
TRACK: (SOFT 5) – Rail: +10m 1200m-W/P, +5m Remainder. Sectional 613m>

RACE 3 No: 7 SCHISM Had to sit outside the speed last time when brave in defeat. Has drawn far better here then last start where she was ridden outside the speed from a wide gate to go down narrowly. Will be in this for along way.

RACE 6 No: 6 VIDDORA Big effort to get so close in the lead-up after getting a mile back fresh. Fitter and has drawn to settle closer in the run. Watch for him to be charging home late.
