Welcome to OneSelection2Win Saturday Racing Mail for Saturday 29th July where we have come with our mail for each of the main meetings around the country.

ROSEHILL (NSW)
TRACK: GOOD (4) – RAIL: True Entire Circuit

RACE 2 No: 8 ROCKAFELLA – Have been be fitted with three recent trials. Showed promise in his first preparation winning two from three and looks ready to go fresh here. Watch for any strong betting moves.

RACE 6 No: 6 ZOURKHAN – Flemington winner resuming two runs back and just missed at the same track last start. Been accepted for a few races of late only to be scartched on the day of the race. Has won third-up previously and rates a winning chance over this distance range again. Go close.

RACE 9 No: 5 PHILOSOPHY – Has won three from six career starts. Did win fresh at Canterbury then never saw clear running at Warwick Farm last start until it was too late to charge home to finish on the heels of the placegetters. Set to bounce back here without surprising.

CAULFIELD (VIC)
TRACK: GOOD (4) – RAIL: True Entire Circuit

RACE 2 No: 1 CHARLEVOIX – Racing in peak form of late with 2 wins from his last four starts. Gets a few gear changes and a key jockey change who was on his back when winning his last 2. Thrown in at the weights, he’ll be tough to beat. Winning chance.

RACE 3 No: 1 NISTAAN – Promising colt from the Tony McEvoy stable with strong form lines. 2nd up from a long break up to 1400m suits and should get a great run from the gate. Watch for him charging home late. Go close.

RACE 7 No: 3 REVOLVING DOOR – Should’ve won last start when luckless in the run only to be collared late. He’ll lead or box seat from the good gate and be the one to beat. Ready to win.

DOOMBEN (QLD)
TRACK: GOOD (4) – RAIL: +2m Entire course

RACE 4 No: 6 KING VIV – Ran on solidly over this trip at Rosehill last start in a Benchmark 78. Brisbane leading jockey takes the reins is areal positive. Has been improving with each run and should be hard to hold out now he’s had that 2000m run under his belt. Will be hitting the line late.

RACE 7 No: 5 RESET ME I’M WILD – Promising 3yo that hasn’t tasted defeat as yet. Rises in class and distance but to offset this he drops 3.5kg and with Jim Byrne to ride is another plus, should race handy throughout. Big chance in an open race.

MORPHETTVILLE (SA)
TRACK: SOFT (6) – Rail: +4 metres Entire. Sectional 605m. MPKS Track Rail Out 9m 1000 to WP, 6m Remainder. Sectional 612m

RACE 3 No: 7 POSEIDON’S POOL – Dominant winner on debut (Ballarat) in these type of conditions. Looks to have some ability and interesting to see the Darren Weir stable bringing it across the border for his 2nd up run. Big Watch.

RACE 7 No: 14 DUCIMUS – Speedy type that has to take on the older horses here fresh. Resuming and has the wide gate to contest with here, interesting to see Tommy Berry has come over to ride her so that’s a strong pointer she’s ready to show up fresh.
