RANDWICK(NSW)
TRACK: HEAVY (9) – RAIL: +3m Entire Circuit

RACE 1 No: 4 CHAMPAGNE CUDDLES – Sent for a spell after winning the Pierro plate on debut in nice fashion. Runner up in a recent trial at Rosehill on Soft ground. Monitor any betting moves. Go close.

RACE 3 No: 3 CLIPPER – Winner here over 1100m in one of these races (TAB Highway) when resuming. Dropping back slightly in distance won’t cause a problem and is unbeaten on wet track. Major player.

RACE 4 No: 2 SOVIET COURAGE – Hit the line strongly in the Mckell Cup last start. Has been placed over 3000m (Moonee Valley) and loves the wet surface. Looks to be this as his target race for the campaign. The one to beat.

***

FLEMINGTON (VIC)
TRACK: (GOOD 4) – RAIL: +6m Entire Circuit

RACE 1 No: 2 LONE EAGLE – Charged through the line on debut at Sandown to grab a share of the minor money. Natural improvement and with the race experience should have him hard to hold out here. Can go one better her. Hard to beat.

RACE 6 No: 16 ROYAL ORDER – Promising 3yo gelding from the Mick Kent yard that was ultra impressive winning at Ballarat when stepping up to the mile. Looks even better suited up to this trip (2000m). He’ll give away a start with the bad gate as he will get back but watch for him charging home late.

***

DOOMBEN (QLD)
TRACK: (GOOD 4) – RAIL: +0.5m Entire Course.

RACE 2 No: 11 MISS GUNPOWDER – Racing soundly in strong company at Morphettville over there carnival. Will enjoy drop in weight (54kg) and class, inform rider goes on is a plus and should be charging home late. Big chance.

RACE 8 No: 10 ULMANN – In good form since winning the Wangoom on his home track (Warrnambool) then a bottler of run hitting the line late in the lead up race. Trialled nicely recently on the Sunshine Coast to have him ready to run a big race. Nice weight drop of 3.5kg for this an he’ll be fighting out the finish. Both Totes.

RACE 9 No: 5 NEVERLAND – Battled away solidly at his third run, fitter and has been given another trial hit out at the Sunshine Coast to have him ready to run a huge race. On the limit, will be hitting the line late. Ready to win.

***

MORPHETTVILLE PARKS (SA)
TRACK: (GOOD 4) – Rail: Parks:+5m 1000m-400m, +3m Remainder. Sectional 605m. Main Track +12m 1200m-W/Post, +8m Remainder

RACE 4 No: 3 PERFECT COMMAND – Consistent and hard to fault his form what we have seen in four career starts. Strips fitter here and does have a lovely weight relief, will appreciate the extra distance. Winning chance.

RACE 7 No: 2 COUNTER IMPULSE – He has an unbelievable record at the track with four wins from as many starts, will be up on the speed dictating the pace and will be very hard to run down if he gets a soft sectional. The one to beat.

***

RANDWICK (NSW)
RACE 4 No: 2 SOVIET COURAGE – Hit the line strongly in the Mckell Cup last start. Has been placed over 3000m (Moonee Valley) and loves the wet surface. Looks to be this as his target race for the campaign. The one to beat.

Saturday Racing Mail – (1st April)

OneSelection2WinSaturdayRacingMail

Welcome to OneSelection2Win Saturday Racing Mail for Saturday 1st April where we have come with our mail for each of the main meetings around the country.

RANDWICK (NSW)
TRACK: HEAVY (9) – RAIL: True Position

RACE 2 No: 2 EUSEBIO – Has hit his straps this preparation winning three on the trot very impressively including the Canberra Guineas last time out. Steps up to the mile shouldn’t cause no problems at all. Looks to be a horse on the up. Hard to beat.

RACE 5 No: 3 RAIMENT – Has only missed a place once in nine starts and four times a winner including an impressive on-speed win in the Birthday Card last start. Is a progressive 3yo filly, handles any sort of ground and drawn well to get the dream run. Winning chance.

RACE 7 No: 2 GINGERNUTS – Follow up from his very impressive at Rosehill and he should only improve over the 2400 metres. He is a bombproof horse that can handle the wet and will be too strong for his rivals in a slog. Hard to beat.

RACE 9 No: 19 SPECTROSCOPE – Has recorded two effortless win since arriving in Australia and he has an enormous amount of upside. The wide barrier draw is not a disadvantage in the Doncaster Mile and he is the horse that is weighted to win. Eachway chance all day.

RACE 10 No: 3 MULL OVER – Strong Newcastle maiden winner at her third career start. Plenty to like about that win as she does have plenty of scope for improvement and the step up to 2000m looks a real plus. Stable rider sticks as he did have a choice of this ride or High Impulse. Eachway chance.

***

BENDIGO (VIC)
TRACK: (GOOD 4) – RAIL: True Entire Circuit

RACE 3 No: 7 SUN QUAN – Won a recent Cranbourne trial in good fashion without being pressured for the run to the line. Monitor any betting moves. Big Watch

RACE 6 No: 3 WHISTLE BABY – Both runs this preparation have been good without winning and she does always improves with racing. Out to her best trip from the good gate will be on speed or taking a sit, she’ll be hard to beat if she can get any luck in running. Ready to win.

RACE 9 No: 9 UNBREAKABLE – Looks to have come back well this preparation. This is a touch harder but no weight from the good gate he won’t be doing any work early and he should be charging home late. Winning Chance.

***

DOOMBEN (QLD)
TRACK: (HEAVY 10) – RAIL: 3.5 metres Entire Course.

RACE 5 No: 13 QUATRONIC – Had excuses last start (Galloped on) after strong win when resuming. Handles all track conditions. Smart when right and should be hard to run down. Big threat.

RACE 8 No: 2 OURBEEBEE – In top form since resuming from his spell. Getting up in weight and steps up in trip. Soft ground suits )2/2) and can be fighting out the finish again. Winning chance.

***

MORPHETTVILLE PARKS (SA)
TRACK: (GOOD 4) – Rail: Out 8m 1000m-W/Post; Out 5m the Remainder; Sectional 610m. Main Track: Out 8m 1200m-W/Post; Out 5m the Remainder; Sectional 610m

RACE 2 No: 4 MODEL DRAGON – Good effort resuming where she ran on well in a race where the tempo didn’t suit her at all. Should get a genuine speed up front, look for her finding the line late. Hard to beat.

RACE 7 No: 4 GAME OF WAR – Ran on well last time after getting further back than he normally does. Maps perfectly to have a sit on the leaders here and charge at them late. Ready to win.

Weekend Racing Mail – (11th June)

cropped-eye1.jpg

OneSelection2WinWeekendRacingMail

Welcome to OneSelection2Win Weekend Racing Mail for Saturday 11th June, we have come up with our better bets around the country.

IMG_0008

EAGLE FARM (QLD)
RACE 1 No: 9 MY COUNTRY – Put in a good effort to win narrowly against older horses at Kembla when resuming. Should be improved and will get a good run throughout. Both totes. (WINNER- $10.00)

RACE 3 No: 3 GHISONI – Highly promising and won easily last start against a number of these. Has won at this distance and should be hard to beat again. (UNPLACED)

RACE 4 No: 17 TSARITSA – Every year around this time one from the Chris Waller camp stamps themselves as a future star at the Queensland Winter carnival. Has won dominantly both starts this preparation and I fully expect her to continue on her winning way. (WINNER- $3.90)

RACE 8 No: 1 HOWARD BE THY NAME – Ran on solidly at first Queensland outing to be charging to just miss by under a length. Has won at 2500m winning the SA Derby two starts back so this distance won’t cause any concerns. Drawn favourably to receive the soft run throughout the race. Will be flying late. Go close. (UNPLACED)

***

RANDWICK (NSW)
RACE 5 No: 1 SPIETH – Promising three-year-old chasing a hat trick of wins. Up to 60kg but that shouldn’t stop him. The one to beat again. (SCRATCHED)

RACE 7 No: 7 VASSAL – Import from the Chris Waller stable who has been impressive working through the grades winning last three on the trot. Has been kept up to the mark with a recent trial at Warwick Farm with a day out. Nothing to suggest he won’t be right in the finish again. Hard to beat. (PLACED 2ND)

***

FLEMINGTON (VIC)
RACE 2 No: 6 EURO ANGEL – Impressive filly when we saw her last in work winning on debut (Randwick) then was a touch unlucky over the 1400m. Fit for a couple of soft jump outs in Melbourne. She’ll handle any conditions and be tough to beat. Monitor any betting moves. (WINNER- $3.90)

RACE 3 No: 14 WALL STREET WOLF – Hard held the last time we saw him in when he won a public trial in February by six lengths on the Geelong synthetic. Betting a big watch. (PLACED 3RD)

RACE 6 No: 8 WHOOP WHOOP – Promising stayer crying out for this trip. With a nice run midfield or better he’ll take beating. (WINNER $2.90)

***

MORPHETTVILLE PARKS (SA)
RACE 2 No: 5 TURBO STREET – Thought this bloke was terrific when hitting the line strongly late when not finishing far away in tougher Melb race. Did win 2nd-up last prep and suggest the rise to this trip will suit. (PLACED 3RD)

RACE 7 No: 9 LIVING LARGE – Resuming. Lightly raced McEvoy galloper that looked to display plenty of promise when last in work. Super impressive when scoring by 4L 1st-up last prep in the wet. Recent trial very good-absolutely respecting. (UNPLACED)

PROFIT – 10.70pts

CAULFIELD MAIL – SATURDAY 17TH OCTOBER
Weather: Partly Cloudy Track, Good 3 – Peno: 5.23, Rail: Out 6m Entire Circuit

Race 1 No: 7 PURRPUSSFUL
Solid win in an easier race last start. Up in class for this race today, on speed galloper so this is a plus. The inside gate gives her a chance to sneak into the finish. Great each way chance.

Race 2 No: 6 SANTA ANA LANE
Hasn’t beaten much to date but he’s done it in fine style. May have to go back from the tricky gate but can run over the top of them if this isn’t a sit and sprint race. Highly promising gelding from the Freedman team that does posses plenty of upside. Major Player.

Race 3 No: 6 KINGLIKE
Rising star on his way to the Coolmore further on into the carnival. Scratched for Wednesday Caulfield meeting to run here. Only slight concern back in distance for this, just needs to be in touch coming to the last furlong to be a serious chance with back to back wins. Promising horse on the up. Go Close.

Race 4 No: 2 AMBIENCE
Comes off a dominant win in Sydney and she’ll only improve with more ground of this race today. Drawn favourably to receive the gun run. Does posses a powerful finish. Hard to Beat.

Race 5 No: 13 SACRED EYE
Smart filly crying out for the longer trip of 2000m. If she can get a position in from the gate she’s the one to beat. Big Chance.

Race 6 No: 5 FENWAY
Back to her best winning last start at Moonee Valley over the mile. Suited to this trip now as she did win the Group 1 Vinery Stakes last campaign. With a perfect run midfield she’ll be tough to hold out at the business end of the race.

Race 7 No: 5 ROCK STURDY
Fitter now for two runs back and looks suited up to this trip now after a unplaced effort beaten less then three lengths to Terravista in the Premier Stakes at Randwick. He’ll go back from the rails draw and this is our slight concern with the inside gate. Just only needs a touch of luck from the home corner and get clear running room to be charging home. Win won’t shock.

Race 8 No: 9 SLIGHTLY SWEET
Nearing peak fitness now being her third run into this campaign. Hoping she doesn’t have to be to far back now that she has drawn an inside gate. Has won at this pattern third up when last in work. Look for her late. Both Totes.

images697EUJAQ

CAULFIELD CUP SELECTION
No: 14 RISING ROMANCE
Total forgive run at her latest start due to being trapped three deep the trip. Just missed in the race last year and gets a perfect run here with the inside draw. Great record over the distance with a win and two minor placing’s from only three starts. Stable inform at this carnival. Jockey riding well. Ready to win.

DANGER
No: 6 MONGOLIAN KHAN
He’s had a faultless preparation. Surged again late in the Caulfield Stakes to reel off slick last 200m after being stuck in traffic. Has drawn the perfect barrier and he’s tough. Has a touch of brilliance which you need to win this race. Big danger to our on top selection.

CAULFIELD CUP TRIFECTA
BOXED: 2,3,6,12,14,16,17 – $50.00 = 41.67%

images1XDQSLBI

Race 10 No: 6 THE MESSINA NYMPH
A real flyer that has come back well with two strong showings this time in, should take up the running from the jump. She’ll kick strongly in the straight and give them something to run down. Winning chance.

images5M0XOUB3
Race 2 No: 6 SANTA ANA LANE
Hasn’t beaten much to date but he’s done it in fine style. May have to go back from the tricky gate but can run over the top of them if this isn’t a sit and sprint race. Highly promising gelding from the Freedman team that does posses plenty of upside. Major Player.

RANDWICK(NSW)
Race 1 No: 2 HOLLER
Debut winner at this course and distance and capable of repeating. Resuming last time was 1st 1.3L, Encosta Line at Randwick (2Y-SWP) 1100m. Strongly fancied.

MOONEE VALLEY (VIC)
Race 2 No: 2 ACT OF VALOUR
Won last start at the track. Last run eased near the 1000m but still won by 1.8L, Manhattan Avenue at Moonee Valley (3YO) 1500m. Two starts back good effort when 5th 2.4L, Monkstone at Racing.Com Park (BM-70) 1200m. Gets the run of the race and should prove very hard to beat.

DOOMBEN (QLD)
Race 7 No: 1 WERTHER
Racing consistently and proven at this track and distance. Last time out was 1st 2.3L, Moriarty at Doomben (Pages Event Eagle Farm Cup, WFA-G2) 2200m. On May 9 looked good when he finished 2nd 1.5L, Delicacy at Morphettville (S.A. Derby, 3Y-GP1) 2500m. Rates on top here.

MORPHETTVILLE (SA)
Race 3 No: 7 SIR LASZLO
Harder here than last start when turned in a winning effort. Most recently despite being slowly away went on to win by 0.2L, Kinesthetic at Racing.Com Park (BM-70) 1600m. Two back was 1st 0.4L, Air Striker at Racing.Com Park (BM-70) 1400m. Improving with racing, extra distance suits and the drop of 5kg will make him one of the better bets of the day at Morphettville. Go Close.

GOOD LUCK & GOOD PUNTING!!!
